Custodian Vaults COVID Safe Changes

Custodian Vaults’ response to the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation around the globe is guided by our foremost concern for our valued clients, staff, and the wider community. We would like to provide you with some important information about how we will continue to provide our services to you in the current environment. 

We take our duty of care to all those associated with our business very seriously and our response includes making changes in the way in which we provide our services to you. 

What does this mean for you? 

Custodian Vaults would like to inform clients of our amended operational hours which will be effective 28 July 2021. 

For the moment, access to your boxes will be via appointment only, between 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday. 

Accessing your boxes 

Clients who wish to access their boxes, can book an appointment via our booking system on our website

Upon arrival, clients must check-in using the NSW Government QR code system. QR codes for check-in are provided in clearly visible locations at the entry point of the premises. 

Clients, contractors and visitors who are unwell are not permitted to enter the premises. 

Face masks must be worn by clients in indoor areas, unless exempt.

Service 

Our dedicated staff will continue to assist you via email, and use info@custodianvaults.com.au with any account and billing enquiries. 

Staff are instructed to: 

  • Use sanitiser. 
  • Wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking. 
  • Physically distance from each other. 
  • Staff wipe down their workstations several times per day with disinfectant provided. The disinfectant fogging spray is used at the premises daily. 
  • Get tested if symptoms develop, are a close or casual contact and every 3 days if they are coming to work from an LGA area of concern. 

Security 

Our facilities always remain secure and protected. We have multiple layers of security, which function 24 hours a day regardless of whether we are open or closed. In addition to being monitored by different monitoring centres that are directly connected to the police, we have trained staff members who have access to our CCTV remotely. 

Staff 

These are unprecedented and challenging times for everyone. We would like to remind our clients that Custodian Vaults are dedicated to aiding the need of all our clients during this time. We will not tolerate disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards our staff during this closure period. 

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this these events and we take this opportunity to express our heart-felt thanks to all the healthcare workers, local communities, and organisations around the world who are working to contain this virus. 

As we navigate this unfamiliar situation, we will remain agile, adapting with the recommendations from the relevant authorities as they become available.
