Our insurance brokers insure Custodian Vaults for safe deposit box contents under the comprehensive Custodian Vaults Liability Policy. Under this policy, all Custodian Vaults safety deposit boxes are insured for a minimum of $10,000 at no cost to our client. Certificates of Insurable Interest are available on request.
Our private viewing suite has been designed to create a discreet environment to inspect and access your personal safety deposit box. This suite can be booked online at any time for your convenience. Clients with a reservation will be given priority access, however clients may visit the vault at anytime during working hours, 6 days a week without prior notice.

Our Inventory Review process has been specifically developed to achieve consistency, objectivity and accountability in strict compliance with professional standards and is utilised by accountants and self-managed super funds (SMSF) as part of annual reporting requirements.
Our Inventory Review process involves our Group Compliance Officer executing an itemised statutory declaration of your bullion inventory. This meets the necessary requirements of your accountant or financial advisor. Additional fees apply for this service.
